Ballet exercies at the barre to inspirational, contemporary ballet
music.
Ballet Basics An introductory class for all beginners to learn proper ballet posture, positions and dance steps along with floor stretches to
keep a dancer in great shape. The grace and strength of fluidity gained through the study of classical ballet technique not only improves a dancer's performance in all other dance styles, but helps any student's overall well-being by refining physical posture to walk, sit , and feel better.
Ballet Complete A traditional ballet class with
complete barre and full center work done in flat shoes.
Ballet / Pointe Ballet class with complete
barre warmup and full center work that can be done in flat or pointe
shoes depending on student level.
Ballet Sculpt & Stretch Ballet class with
complete barre warmup, followed by therapeutic mat/floor work
to further open the joints for a deeper stretch while training
the body's core. This class is geared to build endurance and stamina.
Hip-Hop Workout Trendy style hip hop workout done
to hip, upbeat dance tunes. Isolation and coordination exercises
along with hip hop linking steps, additional floor stretch and conditioning
exercises. A funky Hip hop dance routine taught towards the end
of each class.
Classic Jazz - A jazz class that begins with center
warmup and technique exercises, isolations, floor stretch and
conditionaing. Jazz/Hip hop movement and linking steps, followed
by dance combination to finish.
Jazz Funk Hot, new dance moves/styles straight from both current and classic hip-hop, r&b, and pop music films and videos. Choreography is broken down until every student understands it. Jazz Funk is excellent for the student wanting to start in the dance industry, build up confidence on the dance floor, or just to have fun.
Lyrical Jazz - A high energy class that takes you on a journey from the choreographed warm up, adagio, jumps and turns, and into the combo. Roberto's style is a morphing of his Brazilian foundation which is infused with the strength of jazz, the flexibility of ballet, and emotional expression of modern and lyrical..
Modern Contemporary - Based on the fundamentals of Horton technique, this class will strengthen and align your body with the use of flat backs, lateral stretches, release swings and more. Each class will end with one of Roberto's signature, award-winning, powerful and moving choreography.
Urban Beat Hip-Hop A high-energy, hard-hitting, dynamic class combined with clean lines and precision. The dancer is pushed beyond technique in order to find a connection between the music and the movement..
